When we work together on a monthly retainer, I come in as your second-in-command. Someone you never have to chase down for updates, because I'm already ahead of what you're going to need. I notice what's slipping before you do. I come to our calls with ideas you didn't ask for, because I've been thinking about your business in between.
In practice, that means I'm auditing and optimizing what's already in place, building the systems that have been on your someday list, managing your team, keeping projects moving, and supporting your launches from the planning stage all the way through execution.
