1-1 Faith Based Life Coaching Application
This application is for those who are interested in CHOSEN, a 3 month transformational life coaching program, with Eliza Ceci. If you're curious about what support, accountability, and transformation you could receive through 1-1 work - you’re in the right place. Spaces are limited. If spaces fill up, submitting your application will hold your space on the waitlist. Everyone who applies will get a response back from Eliza within 48 hours.

What Coaching Looks Like
We meet over the phone (or zoom) 2 times per month for 50 minutes. In-between sessions you have the option to email or send audio messages to Eliza for additional support and follow up M-Th.
Your ‘off’ weeks with no sessions are meant for you to be in your life. Ideally you’re taking action on what we worked on in your sessions. There’ll be times when you have questions or amazing things that happen that you want to celebrate together - this is exactly what using text + audio messages between sessions is meant for - encouragement + extra coaching!
Your Investment
As your coach, I value honesty and transparency in our relationship. This Includes knowing your investment before ever getting on a coaching call together. CHOSEN costs $697 paid in full or, 3 monthly payments of $233. CHOSEN includes: six 1-1 coaching sessions and support M-Th via email or text.
What to Expect After You Submit Your Application
Once I receive your application I’ll reach out through Instagram or Email within 48 hours. If you know you’re ready to work together and neither of us have questions, I’ll email your invoice and scheduler. If you do have questions we’ll schedule a 20 minute call to connect and make sure we’re a good fit for one another.
