The quick sesh is for Christian women who want a taste of coaching without a commitment. Ideally, you’ll have one question or area you’d like to focus on in our session to receive insight from the Holy Spirit, a short burst of coaching, and prayer over. 

This is a great option if you’re feeling out if coaching would be a good option for you long term. And, it’s also an affordable option for those who want to have a session together whenever it fits in your schedule (vs having a regularly scheduled commitment)

Designed for those who know the power of prayer and want Eliza to pray over the challenges, needs, and current circumstances you’re facing.

Once per week you and Eliza will connect on WhatsApp. You’ll share where you need breakthrough and Eliza will send a prayer via audio recording in the app along with any additional insights or nudges from the Holy Spirit.

This is for the woman who feels she mostly has things handled but needs someone on her team to encourage and guide her on the vision God has given her. A great option for introverts as we don’t get on a phone or zoom call but chat through text + audio messages!

Includes: 1 month of WhatsApp text + audio support with micro accountability prompts toward your growth, and 1 weekly audio prayer from Eliza to you over audio text (4 prayers total)
